Frequent Questions

How does the process work?

Submit your property details through our online form. We evaluate your home and send an offer to your inbox—typically within 24 hours. If you accept, we send everything to a title company and begin the sale process.

How quickly can we close?

Most transactions require a minimum of 15 days after acceptance. We will do our very best to accommodate your schedule.

Am I obligated to accept the offer?

How long does it take to receive an offer?

No. There is no obligation. You may accept or reject the offer.

We typically deliver the offer within 24 hours after you submit your property information. However, some properties will be ineligible based on property criteria.

My foundation needs to be repaired. Will you still purchase my property?

Will there be an inspection?

Yes. We buy homes with foundation issues or other structural problems. There is no need to spend money on repairs—we purchase the property as-is.

No. We do not require a formal inspection or make repair requests. We will schedule at least one walk-through before closing to prepare for taking ownership.

Do I need to clean or remove junk and personal items?

How will I be paid?

No. You do not need to clean or remove anything. If it’s easier for you to leave personal belongings or debris behind, we will handle removal after closing.

Closing takes place at a title company or with a mobile notary. Your proceeds will be disbursed by the title company via wire transfer to your bank account or by check. Physical cash is not used.

How do you determine the offer price?

**Our offers vary depending on size, location, condition, and what our future investment plans are for the property.

Do I still have to pay property taxes?

Yes. You are responsible for the prorated portion of property taxes owed up to the closing date.

What areas do you buy homes in?

Are there any fees, commissions, or closing costs?

We buy homes in Temple and all surrounding Bell County communities, including Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights, Salado, and nearby areas.

No. We cover the standard closing costs and there are no commissions or fees for a real estate agent.

Can you buy my home if I still have a mortgage, liens, or am behind on payments?

How is selling to you different from listing with a real estate agent?

Yes. We regularly work with homeowners in these situations and can coordinate with lenders or lien holders to ensure a smooth closing.

We buy directly for cash with no agent involvement, no marketing period, no showings, and no uncertainty. Traditional listings often require repairs, negotiations, 30–90 days on the market, and a sales commission. Our process is faster and more predictable.

Chris Zakraysek

Real Estate Professional

Nathan Hayward

Chris was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, where he picked up a hammer early and never put it down. After carpentry training, six years in the Army National Guard, and a stint as a federal law enforcement agent, he found his true calling in the world of real estate.

In 2015, he and his brother started flipping homes the old-fashioned way—learning plenty of lessons the hard way. By 2018, Chris had moved to Texas, earned his real estate license, and fully jumped into the industry. Since then, he’s completed over 120 transactions and dozens of renovations.

Now settled in Temple with his wife and two daughters, Polly and Mildred, Chris and his family are proud homebodies who love creating spaces worth staying in. Guided by his faith, he’s excited to make a lasting impact in the community.

Marketing & Business Operations

Nathan was born and raised just outside Dallas, where his childhood revolved around hockey, adrenaline, and a bit of mischief. That passion for the game led him to Texas A&M, where he played hockey while earning his bachelor’s degree. After college, he dove into construction—working as an estimator, managing major projects, and even spent time working in the trades.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless “get it done” mentality, Nathan has started and managed several businesses, each with a valuable lesson along the way.

Today, he oversees the team’s renovation projects and acquisitions, keeping everything moving forward. While he thrives in the field, his greatest joy is spending time with his family—especially in his favorite role as an uncle.
